Some antibiotics may cause false positives for opiates:
"A total of 13 quinolone antibiotics were solubilized to represent expected urinary concentrations for testing via 5 different commercial immonoassays (levofloxacin [levaquin], ofloxacin [floxin], gatifloxacin, enoxacin, moxifloxacin, sparfloxacin, pefloxacin, trovafloxacin, lomefloxacin, ciprofloxacin [cipro], cinafloxacin, norfloxacin, and nalidixic acid. The assays included EMIT II reagents, AxSYM flourescence polarization immunoassay, CEDIA, Roche Abuscreen OnLine reagents, and Beckman opiate reagents. In vitro testing against a positive concentration of morphine (300 ng/mL) revealed that 9 of the quinolones (levofloxacin, ofloxacin, perfloxacin, enoxacin, gatifloxacin, lomefloxacin, moxifloxacin, ciprofloxacin, and norfloxacin) caused false positives in at least one of the assay systems. The quinolones that cross reacted most often included levofloxacin (4/5), ofloxacin (4/5), perfloxacin (3/5) and enoxacin (2/5)."

False positive
No, Lexapro is an antidepressant (SSRI), and does not show up positive on a drug test..
Levaquin is an antibiotic. Just tell the lab tech that you have recently taken it and they should be able to rule it out of the screening. If you do not inform them, it could potentially show as a false positive for opiates. This is from Levaquins web site: "Some quinolones, including levofloxacin, may produce false-positive urine screening results for opiates using commercially available immunoassay kits. Confirmation of positive opiate screens by more specific methods may be necessary."
it is not standard but there is an off chance i will it they are looking for it
No. Absolutly not.It will come up positive for "Opiates"
A regular tox-screen will not be positive if you only take amoxicillin.
Will propranolol make you test positive for benzo when you take trazadone
Adderall will throw a true positive for amphetamines, since that's what they make it from.
No, neither of those will test positive for benzodiazepines.
Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine) is not in a class of drugs typically tested for on a standard drug screen. There are, however, expanded drug screens that may detect metabolites of the drug. This depends on the specific test.Yes it does, in other words, You're F*cked.
I can't vouch for lab testing, but I have seen a false positive for amphetamine when using a ABMC "incup" rapid drug screen. If this is the type of screen you will be using beware!
will black cohosh show up positive on a drug screen
Yes some prescription diet pills do. Like phenermine, and phendimetrazine both will.
