I've been on Loestrin 24 FE for 2 yrs now. Within the first year I gained 5-10 lbs. I'm not quite sure if it is because of the pill, but my eating and exercise habits have been the same, if not more rigorous since then. It's not muscle gain, that's for sure. I'm very noticeably chunkier. Birth Control pills are known for their water retention effects. I don't much mind this weight gain though, I'm using the pill mainly to regulate my cycle.
