It is never really expounded upon in ANY of the FF 7 games, but my guess is maybe. If you look at it logically, Dr. Lucrecia gave birth to Sephiroth, and the father was Hojo. Now taking that into consideration, it COULD be speculated that Dr. Lucrecia loves Hojo, however creepy that may seem. But playing Dierge of Cerberus, and completing the Vincent side quest in the original 7, I say it is a strong possability.

He loves the beautiful scientist: Lucrecia Crescent. They were together but then tragedy struck and Lucrecia died T___T but he hasent shown any lovelyness to anybody hes such a loner xx
Though it seems that there may be some kind of connection between Shelke Rui and Vincent Valentine, but alas, there is not. He is in love with Lucrecia Crescent, the scientist who birthed the ultimate evil, Sephiroth. She is mentioned often in DoC -FFVII- She encased herself in the crystals of the Crystal Cave because she felt "guilty" for what she had done ,i.e, giving birth to Sephiroth.
Vincent Valentine is a fictional character in the Final Fantasy series. In Final Fantasy VII, he is assigned as a bodyguard to a scientist with whom he later falls in love.
Prior to Final Fantasy VII Vincent is shot by Professor Hojo after an argument. Lucrecia then injects Vincent with G Substance so as to save him. Professor Hojo then conducts several other experiments on him and when Vincent becomes conscious he is so horrified by his new form that he seals himself in a coffin in the Shin-Ra basement, until Cloud comes along 30 years later and 'releases' him. During the game Final Fantasy VII and it's spin-off 'Dirge Of Cerberus' the story does not involve or conclude with Vincent dying.
She seems to have a crush on him, but he doesn't return her feelings.
Beacuse Valentine means you true love, and the symbol is a heart because you love that person so much that their your Valentine!!!
The Valentine in Valentines Day is in represenation of St Valentine the patron St of love.
Gyda Cariad Ar Ddydd Sant Folant. With love on Valentine's Day.
He was the god of love. As Valentine's Day is a holiday about love, it was appropriate.
You can't make anyone love you!! You love yourself and if he loves you it will happen!
In my opinion and logically no, he does not. But that does not stop her from having a small crush on him anyway, as you may have seen by playing DOC. Vincent only sees her as a good friend and a companion, Yuffie and Vincent are seen and work together a lot in FFVII: DOC. She also saved his life from Rosso the Crimson (One of the elite Tsviets; a organization with one goal, to destroy the planet). So, that is why he only feels that she is a friend. (Also, he used to love a woman called Lucrecia, a scientist, but sadly she died and he has never loved another woman since)
St Valentine, The Patron Saint of Love.
