Monaco uses the Euro.
The currency of Monaco is the Euro (€) Monaco does not produce any Euro notes, but it does produce some coins, primarily for collectors. They have images of their coat of arms and Prince Rainier and Prince Albert.
Monaco has the right to mint it's own Euro's, with images of Prince Rainier, Prince Albert and Monaco's coat of arms.
As of 2014, the following countries use the Euro: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Vatican City. Andorra, Kosovo, and Montenegro also use the Euro, however, unofficially.
France, Germany, Luxembourg, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Ireland, Cyprus and Malta are the 'members'. There are also other states which don't have their own separate currencies and use the Euro, they are;- Monaco, Vatican City, Andorra, San Marino, Kosovo and Montenegro

Hungary does not use the Euro but you can Exchange the Euro at a bank.
Obviously countries which aren't in Europe don't use the Euro. Additionally, these European Union countries don't use the Euro: The United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia (starts using it in 2009), Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria. Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Finland, Greece, Cyprus and Malta are the EU countries which use the Euro. The only non-EU countries which use the Euro are Vatican City, San Marino, Monaco, Andorra (unofficially), Montenegro (unofficially) and the Serbian province of Kosovo (unofficially)
Norway does not use the Euro
Morocco doesn't use Euro
