Deserts are very rare in Europe, the only deserts I can think of in Europe are located in Spain. There is a semi desert in Europe, the only European Desert, called Tabernas desert, located in Almeria (Southern Spain). It is sort of a little sister of Mojave Desert in the US, since it has similar caracteristics. (You can find more information at the related link.)
