Absolutely, but only when they are in the same city. Part of being the president is traveling on official business, so they sometimes are apart as a result. But when the president is home, he and Michelle do in fact sleep in the same bed (Michelle has made jokes about the fact that the president snores). internet rumors of impending divorce or other problems in their marriage are false.
While they do not discuss intimate details of their personal lives very often (nor do most presidents discuss such things), Mrs. Obama has mentioned on several occasions that her husband snores; so we can assume she has personal knowledge of his sleeping habits, and undoubtedly sleeps in the same room as he does.
There is no requirement for this either way, and depends on their preferences. I suspect that Bill and Hillary Clinton often slept separately, but I understand that George and Laura Bush do sleep together.
Of course
If a person is already asleep an an animal comes in the same room to sleep then human beings can sleep with animals.

No. If he is re-elected, he will just be the same president. If Romney wins, he will be the next president.
