From what I've heard and read over the years Savannah has the second largest St. Patrick's Day Parade in the United States. New York has the largest. Now in terms of the largest celebration, if you're talking about the numbers of people I would think New York, Boston, Chicago and some other major metropolitan cities would have more people celebrating.
