Yes with a few minor cosmetic differences, and some major internal ones.
It is the same frame code. The headlights are set in a little more on the '97. Also the tail lights on the '97 are all red instead of having yellow inserts.
I think '97s came with a limited slip, but don't quote me on it.

The back seats on a 1994 Acura Integra are mounted on bracket that attach to the body of the vehicle. Push the back of the seat down and loosen all the bracket bolts. Pull the seats out.
