Yes with a few minor cosmetic differences, and some major internal ones.
It is the same frame code. The headlights are set in a little more on the '97. Also the tail lights on the '97 are all red instead of having yellow inserts.
I think '97s came with a limited slip, but don't quote me on it.
The big difference for those of you that like to tune your cars is this:
'95 was the last year Honda(Acura does not exist outside of North America and China)
had ODB1 ECUs in the Integra. You can get away with a lot more legally if you have an ODB1 vehicle.
