It could have the standard duty suspension or the auto adjustable suspension ( air suspension ) - look for the air suspension shut off switch behind the access panel underneath the passenger side of the instrument panel
The are not any airlines on the front of the 1998 Ford Expeditions. Only in the rear of the 1998 Ford Expeditions EB. What are you referring too? .
Is there a way to put air in back shock off a ford expedition
I believe you can put springs and shocks... I would get all the stuff you need from a local junkyard out of a Ford Expedition this way you will be able to do it with no problems.
Only if you do the work your seft. Also, if you get everything you need from a local junk yard.

OEM air suspension? on board compressor
There isn't any
Something is wrong with the rear air shocks- either it is the shocks them selves or most of the time the air pump... But first check your fuse to the air pump. see owners manual for fuse location.
The Expedition can have the regular rear suspension...coil springs, shocks, etc or it could also have been equipped with air suspension. If yours is leaning to one side I'd bet you have air suspension and a bad air bag.
Yes you can.
This car does not come with air shocks.
