The third row seat is an option, so not all will have it.
Even if you are looking at one that has it, it may not be obvious because it folds down for a flat cargo area behind the second row seat. Look for the headreasts right up against the second row seat backs and you will know if it has it or not. also look for the release buckle and the strap that pulls the seat back into the upright position. When the seat is up, there is very little cargo room. Maybe half a set of Golf clubs.
