All V6 Accords (at least thru 2012) have a timing belt that has to be replaced periodically. The 2013 V6 engine is almost identical to the 2012, so the 2013 probably has a timing belt as well.
All Honda Accord V6 engines ever built have a cam belt and they are all interference engines. 1995-96 must be replaced every 75,000 miles.
1997-13 must be replaced every 105,000 miles.
