They can live anywhere, If they live in a dog house, it has to be a pretty big doghouse!

This depends on the amount of space you have. Some owners will allow their dogs to live indoors, others will let them stay outside in a doghouse. Additionally, some owners will allow their dog to have a doghouse in the backyard and spend time both in and out of the house.

This is completely up to the owner and their housing situation.
