A hot cloth doesn't technically "kill" a pimple. Steam and hot water open pores which preps the skin for deep cleaning. Cold water closes pores. That is why it is recommended to wet your face with hot water first, then apply your face soap (either with a washcloth or lathered in your hands) and then rinse it off with cooler water.

well you could still have some imbalenced hormones or it could be your diet eg. eating sugary foods and not drinking enough water gives you pimples and it especialy helps to drink more because i used to not drink enough and get loads of pimples but now i drink more and have perfect skin. this is assuming its not acne then that's different use a cream for that and change your diet but if its acne then there is not much you can do oh and also don't touch your face that spreads pimples and you should wash your face twice a day and remember cold water closes pores and hot opens them so if you are using exfoliator wet with hot water and rinse with cold also you should wet your face before you put on make up ( if your a girl, or a camp guy)
