It sounds as if you have either a power or ground problem at the motor.

You will need to remove the tire and wheel from your 1992 Chevrolet Caprice Classic. Remove the brake shoe spring and caliper. The brake shoes will come off. Reverse the process to install the new brake shoes.

The 1994 Chevy Caprice did not come with an LS1 style motor. It came with either a 4.3liter LT1 V8 or a 5.7liter LT1 V8. Tell me which motor you have and I'll get you the torque specs. I do know the horsepower rating for both engines off the top of my head. 200hp for the 4.3 and 260hp for the 5.7
the 84 caprice classic does come with both right and left side mirrors
The 1991 350 cubic and Chevrolet engine spark plug gap is .027. Most spark plugs will come pre-gapped from the manufacturer.
