Scalding milk used in bread making was done because historically it was necessary to kill some of the bacteria present in milk before introducing the desired yeast, because the milk is then kept warm to encourage the growth of the yeast, and any undesirable micro-organisms would also grow in these conditions.Modern pasteurized, sealed and refrigerated milk is less likely to require this treatment.Scaling involves heating the milk until it is about to start boiling, then removing it from the heat.

yes It sounds like a yeast infection -- if she's just been on antibiotics they say you have a greater chance at getting yeast infections. Try a little cinnamon sprinkled on her breakfast or on chocolate milk/hot chocolate, it is a natural astringent and yeast hate it. Ever since adding cinnamon I haven't had any yeast infections for a couple of years now. (used to get them frequently);it has helped me greatly. Of course you should check with your doctor (in case it is something more serious)-- but if they put her on more antibiotics and it recurs later then definitely use cinnamon.
Yes there is milk, it just does not look like it.
