Yes it does but also change how you eat. I have lost a total of 11 lb. in a week period, but i have also ate more salads and not eat after 6 pm and lots of water and also walking. you have to eat five small meals throughout the day, for an example in the morning i wake up and i drink the solution than an hour later a protein shake, two hours later a protein bar, for lunch anything i want your stomach will start to hurt when you are full, its great. than two hours later a fiber bar, than two hours from than its dinner anything you want (suggest a light dinner ) after six only eat a fruit i guarantee you will loose eight... try it...

No, you have to change your life style but eating very healthy and working out. Low carbs...or no white bread, white flour etc. And cut out most of the sugars and fat in your diet.
