The is a possibility that Alpha Centauri may have planets, but as of now, none have been found. Although highly speculative, given the similarities to the Sun in spectral types, star type, age and probable stability of the orbits, it has been suggested that it could hold one of the best possibilities for harbouring extraterrestrial life on a potential planet The problem lies with the fact that Alpha Centauri is a binary star system (Two stars revolving around their centre of combined mass and thus any planetary formation would have to compete with the pull of two stars instead of one.

Planets have been found around such systems, so it's not out of the question, but if they do, it will be terrestrial planets (like Earth), not Jovian (Like Jupiter)
