I'm afraid that's not possible without an external drive sorry :(. Here are insructions on how to do it with an exteranl drive. P.S. you will need an external drive and and empty DVD disc. Go to My Computer, right-click on the C Drive, select back up. Place a DVD in the external drive, make sure you have at least two, in case one is not enough. You will see the DVD backing up. And then a cop of our hard drive will be on that disc.

I have a Hp pavillion with XP operating system. After my computer crashed, I used an XP operating disc to get it back up and running. Now my local disc (H:) drive appears to be my primary drive. But it has 7.59 GB of used space and only 423 MB of free space. My local disc (C:) drive has 1.48 GB of used space with 178 GB of free space. I get message stating that my memory is low on the local (H:) drive. Used disk clean up that only free up KB.
Why is your hard drive full?
Well when you put too many files such as p*rn or software the computer has to save it some where, but the computer can only save so much... you should try disc cleanup and disc defragment, or buy an extra external hard drive to hook up to you computer. In short, hard drive full means your out of space to save files. May also have a virus or something of that nature.
