It's up to you to choose, it's better to get a screen protector since scratches would mess up the touch screen and make it harder to use, but you dont have to get 1, just better to do.
To get an ipod touch 4g you need money, a computer/laptop with internet connection to download itunes onto, and if you want you ipod touch to be protected then you should buy a case and a screen protector. i bought a bundle package online for less than what the ipod touch 32gb costs in stores or alone (about $299 without tax). I got it for about $289 without tax, with was about $304. I got it off of walmart.com in a bundle package and I got the 32gb ipod touch 4g and an eleven pack accessorie starter kit (includes multiple chargers wall, etc. three cases pink black and white, and a screen protector maybe more I can't remember).
To have the iPod Touch show up on your computer, just plug in the iPod Touch while it is on. The computer should automatically recognize the iPod Touch whether it is a PC or not. If it does not automatically recognize the iPod Touch, then just open iTunes (version 8.0 or later).
you need a ipod touch, and the ipod touch chharger then you have to plug it into the computer
No. The screens are indistructible. The screens cannot be scratched.
You need to remove it then reinstall it
You need to plug it into your computer and if you haven't done so already, download iTunes.
Upgrade to iOS 4. It's free. It won't work if you have an old iPod Touch (before September 2009) or any 8GB iPod Touch. You'll need to jailbreak to get wallpaper.
No, you do not need an AT&T service for the iPod Touch. The iPod Touch is like any other iPod, and does not need a phone service.
You can either go to an iPod repair center or get one of those do-it-yourself kits.
normal ipod w/ screen... u need to use ur computer to do that... ipod touch... you press the power and home button at the same time
Under $5 or £10. If you do not need to by a digitizer (if the picture is fine but the screen is cracked) If the Ipod screen is partially black or completely dead it will cost more like $12
Plug your iPod Touch into your computer using the USB dock connector. You then need to go to iTunes and click on your iPod Touch on the left hand side. A screen will come up displaying information about your iPod. Click ''Check for updates'' and it will automatically search for the latest firmware version for your iPod Touch. It will then automatically update for you. Hope this helped.
