There are no known drug interactions between antibiotic ointment and the Birth Control pill. You can use Bactroban, Neomycin, etc. without worrying about a back up method.

Don't have unprotected sex during that time because you are at an increased risk of pregnancy. What time you take the pills won't help that - sorry :)
