Does any know if you can bleed the back brakes by just just unscrewing the brake line instead of bleeder valve?

You can try it that way, but it doesn't always get all of the air out. No, air will still be trapped in the wheel cylinder or the caliber. Use the bleeder valve, that is what it is for.
