Laws exist against police brutality. Either police are brutal or they are not brutal. If they are found guilty of violating a persons civil rights in a court of law, a judge may choose to add time to a jail or prison sentence for a particular reason. Still, while that reason could be a part of the original charge, it would not be the reason for the original charge against the policeman.
Police brutality can and does occur against any group, including gay people. But it is not the norm. When it happens, those involved are prosecuted.
In the current climate, "police brutality" is nothing more than a subjective term. You would have to determine how many people police have killed, which in 2017 was near 1,000. You would then have to determine which shootings were justified, and which shootings were not, which would most likely be your opinion. No objective, reasonable statistics exist.
It is difficult to pinpoint a specific location as the most brutal police force, as instances of police brutality exist in various countries around the world. Countries like the United States, Brazil, Russia, and Nigeria, among others, have been known to have cases of excessive force by law enforcement. However, it is important to note that police brutality can occur anywhere and is not limited to these countries.
God doesn't discriminate against Gay people, but a lot of God's followers do.

no but faith does exist in the mirror's edge game where she runs and attacks her enemies and she runs against walls trying to catch air and avoid getting caught by the police for her sister's murder and she also is a video game character that is not real.

No video game seldom exist that can allow people with newer games to play against the older games and of course the old games would not even have the information of the new game
Your question in and of itself is ignorant. What is a real police department and what is a fake police department? It implies that fake police departments exist and are allowed to exist. That is ridiculous. To question whether a police department is real is just ludicrous and doesn't make any sense at all. Upon what are you basing your question? People have some really weird and rather stupid misperceptions about law enforcement. Yes, the Twin Rivers Police Department is a real police department. They have the same peace officer authority granted by the State and can do the same things as any other local police or sheriffs department and highway patrol.
Yes, sexism against men does exist. It's called misandry, which is the male counterpart of misogyny.
