On there you should be able to find the specific part you are looking for.

A recycling depot should have all the information you need about disposing all of these spare parts. Failing that, contact the manufacturere of you garage door - they may take the parts back.
I would recommend you go to the website www.open--sesame.com which is the company Suburban Door in Allen, TX. They carry parts for almost all garage door openers as well as door hardware.
