∙ 11y agoThis answer is no. Aspirin is contraindicated for hemophilia as it thins the blood. Aspirin is often used in stroke patients and individuals at risk for "throwing a clot" because it thins the blood and slightly lowers the ability of the blood to coagulate.
Since an individual with hemophilia already has problems forming stable clots, aspirin would actually worsen the situation.
