There is nothing inherently harmful towards your computer on Encyclopaedia Dramatica itself. But, like many, many other innocent sites, they use advertising, the content of which is hosted on another site, and it is these sites that can get infected.
Since ED is a wiki also, in theory anyone could change links on the site to point towards malware sites, but the moderators would hopefully catch that.
