Can you use a windshield mount transmitter for ez pass on a 2000 Toyota Avalon or do you need an external mount?
I don't see why not. I drive a tractor-trailer, and my ez pass is mounted that way. Doug

No. Puerto Rico has AutoExpreso. It is currently incompatible with EZ Pass. The good news is that most car rental agencies in PR have AutoExpresso built in to their cars and is automatically charged to the rental account if you take that option.
