After implantation bleeding is it possible to still be pregnant after receiving a period 2 weeks later?

If you have had implantation bleeding, that would mean you are pregnant. Now if you are having your period, see a doctor immediately. Periods can be normal during pregnancy, if it is brown. If it is red, that might mean a miscarriage is coming. Yes, it could be implantation bleeding, cervical changes, signs of an ectopic pregnancy or signs of a miscarriage. If you are concerned you should contact your doctor as soon as possible.

Is it possible to be sPOtTIong or bleeding for longer than 7 days if you are pregnant?

It's possible to have spotting and bleeding for long periods of time while pregnant. You should however see a Dr as soon as possible to rule out miscarriage, infection, and many other pregnancy related issues.

If you think you are about two weeks pregnant and had a once off heavy bleeding and the pregnancy test showsis positive does that mean you had a miscarriage?

It is possible, but the bleeding could also have been from implantation bleeding. A pregnancy test will show positive for a while after a miscarriage because your body has not rid itself of the HCG (pregnancy hormone) levels yet. The further along you were, the longer a pregnancy test will show positive. I would still be on the lookout for any symptoms of pregnancy, continue taking your prenatal vitamins (or at least folic acid), refrain from alcohol and tobacco and caffeine then in a couple weeks take another test and see. Or you can go to the doctor to either confirm pregnancy or miscarriage.

A pregnancy test result was negative then you started bleeding. Now you've taken two pregnancy tests reading positive. Did you have a miscarriage when you started bleeding?

This is difficult to answer. It depends on whether you performed one or more pregnancy tests. If you only took one test then its very possible this test was faulty but false positives are not as common as false negatives. If the bleeding arrived when your period was due and was exactly like a period then I would personally believe this was your period and is not caused by a miscarriage.

Took a pregnancy test it was negative Is it still possible that you were pregnant and had a miscarriage?

no

Could you have miscarried if you bled for 4 weeks but the test came back posititive?

Depending on when the miscarriage occurred, and especially if it was only partial, it is possible. However, you should consult with a gynecologist since a partial miscarriage OR a bleeding pregnancy is a serious condition that needs immediate treatment.

Long heavy periods and pregnancy?

If you know for sure that you are pregnant, it is probably not going to be your period, although some women have experienced a "first" period then learns a couple of weeks later that they really are pregnant. It is possible that it could be implantation bleeding caused by the fertilized egg to attach itself to the uterine wall. Or it could be a cervical change that can cause vaginal bleeding. Vaginal bleeding can also be a symptom of ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. Another cause for bleeding during pregnancy is a miscarriage although the first two reasons for bleeding are more common, it is still a good idea to contact your doctor as soon as you can.

Is it possible to bleed because of a miscarriage?

It can be a sign of a miscarriage or it can just be "normal" bleeding. If you are bleeding, you should see a doctor as soon as possible. With a miscarriage the bleeding is usually "chunky" and you have cramps, but not always. It could be a sign of miscarriage if its heavy bleeding like a period i had a miscarriage 2 months ago and mine started out with mild cramps then i started to sopt brown and then i was bleeding like a normal period and a few hours later the cramps got really bad talk to your doctor about this. Dont worry to much over it some women do spot when they are pregnant. Good Luck!

What is cramping in early pregnancy?

Unfortunately there are several reasons for cramping; some are ok and some are not so good. It could be implantation bleeding, growing of the uterus, gas, constipation, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, pre-term labor and a few other causes. If you are too concerned, just call your doctor.
