All narcotics have central nervous system effects, which is in part responsible for their mode of action. It will effect people differently but yes it can make you feel drowsy or tired. Like all medication take precautions when taking them and make sure to follow the proper dosage and read all the warnings on the lable. If you ever have questions about the medications make sure to ask the pharmacist when getting them filled.

You can, but taking 40mg of norco and by norco I think you mean hydrocodone but norcos have acetaminophen in them, roughly 325mg per 10mg of hydrocodone. So while you can do that, you shouldn't acetaminophen is very harmful towards your kidneys. But just hydrocodone. and ritalin would be a fine combination, you should be able to treat your ADD/ADHD, with no problem. And the Norcos won't make you sleepy. But be safe acetaminophen is evil.
Ok Im a chronic pain patient and your dr has prescribed you both Lortab and lorcet same strength but the Lortab will make you sleepy not the lorcet why?
The Lorcet has more hydrocodone... 150mg more to be exact... 500mg (lortab) vs 650mg (Lorcet)... That'll have a tendency to make you drowsy...
