Nope....I've been hoping for it to be free with a Mac, but it's part of iWork, not iLife. It can be purchased in the Mac App Store for $19.99...however there is a free 30-day trial which you can download. Hope that helps.

Just use the search button in the upper right corner of the screen. Type in Keynote and it will pop up.
I believe Keynote on the Mac has an option on the "File" menu, "Export", that lets you save the Keynote presentation in various formats, including Quicktime video and Flash.

You cannot get Keynote on a Dell computer unless that Dell computer is an Hackintosh since Keynote is only for iOS and OS X. However, if you have a iOS device or a Mac, you can get it for free as part of iWork from the App Store if you bought your Mac or iOS device if you buy it after1 September 2013. If not, you have to pay for it at the App Store.
