Yes it matters. if you want to use a computer for graphics then you need a fairly large processor. if you want to do games you need a big processor. if you want to upgrade your OS someday then you need to have a good processor. Also, the size of your processor effects your speed.
nothing to do with the computer, its the processor the determines that (u can get processor upgrades)
ENIAC processor
The processor is the brain of the computer
Processor which make computer fast, efficient, and convinent for users.
its the processor
Well, the processor is what runs the computer, but with out the other parts it is worthless. It is a big impact on graghics because of the graghics card is faster than the processor, it doesnt matter, the processor can only do so much. But, you can overclock and mutiply, then you start get faster speeds. The only problem with that, is you have to know the limit of the processor and have a good cooler, usally its a liquid cooling system.
A processor and storage are not the same
The user controls the computer, of course. But I think you're asking what the brain, or heart of the computer is and that's the processor.
The major function of the processor in a computer is the operation controls and executions. The processor is essentially what controls the data coming in and going out of the computer system.
processor speed does not matter.
Embedded processor is a part of the computer that follows instructions and carries out action. It is like the "brain" of a computer.
A computer is known as a data processor because that's what it does. Process data (programs)
