The only reliable unfortified sources of vitamin B12 are meat, dairy products and eggs. So milk is a dairy product and have lots of vitamin B12

Very few people are ever deficient in B12. a vitamin that occurs in meat, milk and other dairy product (such as eggs). Unless you are on a vegan diet, there should be no reason for you to be deficient in B12, and taking a B12 supplement will probably not prove beneficial. Not sure about b12, but anything that is considered a "base" such as milk, tums, or other antiacids will increase absorption of adderall. Anything acidic, such as citrus, fruit juices, ect. will decrease absorption and weaken the overall effect of the drug.
