Yes, it does, it distracts the brain from the task at hand. I did a science experiment, and most of my test subjects got a mild headache after threading a needle while listening to Nyan Cat (LOVE HIM!) I would DEFINITELY recommend this science experiment, it is VERY enjoyable!!!
Noise does affect hand eye coordination because it makes the subject not be able to concentrate and do their best, when for hand-eye coordination it is vital to not be distracted. It is mult-tasking;therefore, the subject can't have a lot of noise. For example, the more noise, the worse the hand-eye coordination. As a conclusion, noise does affect hand-eye coordination. -Emma Caillouet

Changes in the external environment such as change in light or distance affect hand-eye coordination by distance and location perception. The change in pitch field orientation also affects coordination in the same manner.
Noise does not affect taste. However, a noisy environment may also include dust and chemicals that could affect the taste.
Because of it noise,it has too much noise
Alcohol can severly effect someone's coordination when taken in large doses. Alcohol will still temporarily effect someone's coordination when taken in smaller doses as well
