If by PCM you mean the body computer or main computer, then yes it does. Depending on the exact engine and emissions regulations, 49 state vs California emissions there are two types of setups, wet sump which uses only two injector wires, each hooked to 3 or 4 injectors that all fire at once regardless of piston postion, or the California type that has a seperate wire for each injector and they all fire only when needed and is a far superior design. But 95% of t-birds use the wet sump setup.
Powertrain control module (PCM)
nothing
PCM is an acronym for Powertrain Control Module. The powertrain control module (PCM) performs many functions on your car. The module accepts information from the engine sensors and computes the required fuel flow necessary to maintain the correct amount of air/fuel ratio necessary for the engine to perform properly. Based on the information that is received and programmed into the the memory the PCM generates output signals to control relays, actuators, and solenoids PCM also sends out a command to the fuel injectors that meters the appropriate quantity of fuel. The PCM automatically senses and compensates for any changes in altitude.
The crank and cam sensors send signals to the pcm primary control Mogul and the pcm make them open and close if the wiring is ok. hope this helps you.
The injectors receive a 12 volt feed from the auto shutdown relay.
The PCM, engine computer, controls the fuel system.

make sure the pcm fuse isant blown
Spark and fuel are controlled by the PCM (Power Control Module), the PCM grounds the ASD relay (Auto Shut Down) which in turns sends power to the ignition coil and to the fuel injectors, the injectors open upon receiving a ground signal from the PCM as well as the ignition coil fires a spark when it gets the ground signal from the PCM, now none of this will happen if the PCM does not get a signal from the CKPS (crank position sensor) this sensor tells the computer the engine is spinning as well as where is the piston located at that instant of time in order for the PCM to give the ground signal to the coil fuel injector or the ASD which gives the juice to those components. This sensor is located in the rear of the engine is a 3 wire plug and it sends its signal from the presence of windows in the flywheel.

The PCM (Powertrain Control Module) controls the ground to the fuel pump relay.
This condition can be caused by a few things. As in clogged fuel injectors or the PCM has failed and is in a limp mode
