Yes. Not eating well is going to negatively impact your health and wellbeing. Sleep deprivation isn't as well understood, but chronic deprivation will impact your cognitive performance and decision making abilities- which could lead to a car accident and certainly shorten your lifespan. Some people appear to need less sleep than others, but certainly, depriving yourself of sleep to the point that your performance is sub-par isn't going to be helping your lifespan. Some observational evidence also suggests that those who sleep more than 10 hours a night may also have reduced lifespans- though this could be purely correlational (sick people tend to sleep more and die sooner). Eating well and getting enough sleep are two important steps in ensuring a long and healthy life.
