These tests are the more "expensive" testing you are speaking of. Most rehab facilities do not do extensive testing and mostly make you submit a urine sample which will show positive for opiates. Doctors who treat addicts for pain management and use Suboxone usually do the more extensive testing to show your levels of Suboxone use. This is to make sure the patient is not abusing the drug. A regular physical taken by your primary would not show unless otherwise directed.
