All automotive gasolines have engine cleaners in them. "Super" gasoline is only used when your engine "koncks" (Makes a tapping noise) when you stamp on the gas pedal, especially going uphill. If your car manual says to use "Regular" gasoline, do so. "Super" burns quicker to eliminate knocking, but has less available power in it.
FYI, diesel fuel has more power in it than gasoline does.
it is a type of gasoline that has a higher octane rating for higher performance engines
There is no risk in mixing super unleaded gas and regular unleaded gas. Super is just given to the name of a gasoline because of cleaning agents and octane added to the gas not because the gas is completely different.
Super unleaded fuel won't damage the engine. The engine doesn't need super unleaded so all you're doing is wasting money to buy more expensive fuel. Some argue that the super unleaded fuels tend to have better additives packages...that might be worth considering if you want to justify running super unleaded.
Unless your owners manual says that you must use super unleaded gas, you should just use regular unleaded. Otherwise you are just wasting your money and possibly harming your engine. super unleaded petrol has a higher octain rate than unleaded. check your owners manual for the optimal rate you should be using for the engine.
It will be fine.
The correct type of gas is super unleaded 91 to 93 octane.
According to the 2003 Ford F-250 Owner Guide : " regular " unleaded gasoline , 87 octane is used in the 6.8 liter V10 gasoline engine

It could either have a gasoline engine or a diesel engine
Yes you can, but it's a waste of money, the engine and the on-board-computer that control its operation are all set for regular gas, and you're not gaining any advantage.
The only difference in regular unleaded fuel and super unleaded is the octane rating is higher in super unleaded fuel. Burning super unleaded would not cause your vehicle to die.
