There are 3 versions of Silver Eagles made, Bullion, Uncirculated and Proof. Bullion Silver Eagle coins do not have mintmarks. From 1986 to 1998, they were minted at San Francisco. From 1999 to 2000, they were minted at Philadelphia and West Point. Since 2001, they have been minted only at West Point.
There is no mintmark on "regular issue" silver eagles. The government produces these coins as silver bullion for investors rather than coin collectors. These coins do not carry a mintmark like the burnished uncirculated or the proof coins.

I believe all Nazi 5 mark coins are 90% pure silver. Though I think some of the earlier, larger, 5 mark coins are struck in debased silver (I've seen both 63.5% silver and 50% silver listed)
