The Canonized Bible does not contain this, in fact there is no reference to Jesus even going to Hell. There may be a reference to this (these) in the Apocrypha, the uncanonized books often contained within Bibles used by Catholic Churches.
There is a reference to Christ preaching to "the spirits in prison" (1 Peter 3:19). Some have taken this to mean that Jesus went to Hell and preached to folks in Hell. Others have taken this to mean that Christ preached the gospel to those in Sheol, a shadowy place in between Heaven and Hell, that contained those who died before he came. But this is the only reference that can be interpreted in this way.

How does the Bible describe Hell?
Hell is a place where the wrong are held there for final judgment. And they are supossedly ripped apart before their judgment some signs of this more likely symbolize passing from flesh to soul. Hell is where you go when you die if you are not a christain. You become a christain by believing in God and that Jesus die on the cross for your sins and rose from the dead in three days. You have to admit you have done some bad stuff, choose to become a christain, follow God, and make Him Lord of your life.

This is hard to describe. The term baptize means to be submersed or totally surrounded. In the bible Jesus went down into the river to be baptized by John. It did not say he was submerged but it is implied. Jesus did say in the bible that you must be "born of water and of spirit." Your soul is not yours to sell. However, according to the Christian religon, unless you accept Jesus Christ as your savior, your soul will not be with the Lord in Heaven when your body dies. Sadly, that leaves hell as the only other option. You can opt to not give your life to Jesus and that will condem you to hell, but God allows you to redeem your soul at any time during your life by accepting Jesus as your savior. Even at the last minute. So you can't "sell" your soul. To sell it would imply that you no longer have it.
