I myself have an iPod touch and i download my music from Limewire, and then transfer it to iTunes, it works just fine. i also download music off the internet and it seems to work.
I would be carful bout down loading it from Linewire onless you have a virus scaner because some peoplle i now use limewire and have been getting virusses that pretty much shut down their computer. The computers can be fixed but still.
