If vista doesn't allow you to delete corruptes files (folders), you have to boot your PC up in Safe Mode. In Safe Mode with administrative rights you can delete any file (directory/folder) which you like to. To boot your system up in Safe Mode if have to press F8 just right after BIOS finishes to test the system.
If it says "Some file maybe corrupt" then the problem is in your Windows CD. You need a new one Format you hard disk completely once. Then try reinstaling Windows XP. This will resolve the problem.

That action can be attributed to malware that corrupt your files or lower your authority of your own computer to the extent that you cannot use anything on your computer.
Hmm you are supposed to convert the .sav file to a .duc file and then drag to Action Replay. Mine is having trouble right now but that's worked for my friends.
That's silly. You can't hack a Pokemon game without an Action Replay, unless you're talking about computer hacking a Pokemon. That'll take a lot of files.
action replay works by intercepting the game from talking to the system and telling it to listen to it instead of the game. it will do nothing to the game itself, it may however make you console get slower over time and can mess up you files you save while using the action replay.
