Mine is a sticker on the fuse box cover cover
In the trunk on the cover that is over the spare tire you will find a sticker with that information..
You must remove the exhaust manifold it's easy to do once this is done.also the front timing cover need to be removed because the water pump driven by the chain.
Remove the four bolts on the cover plate and lift straight up exposing the wiresets.

it depends on what the headlight cover is made out of. But here's a suggestion. For a 1989 Caprice Classic with a glass headlight, it costs $243. It's expensive because of the size but varies from makes and sizes of cars
The most likely place on any engine is a thin cover plate on the front of the engine which covers the timing gears
What motor is it? if its the 4g63,4g63-t its on the right side behind the timing belt covers, if its the 4g73 sohc its on the right as well ( i believe,might be on the left) behind the timing belt cover. There is an upper and lower cover for timing belts. You cannot see the belt without taking covers off,You should be able to take the upper off to inspect the belt from the cam side.
you can purchase an aftermarket timing tab which bolts to the timing cover.
All sienna 2008 or older have timing belts. It easy to tell look at you sienna and see if there a timing belt cover. that covers the cylinder head. All vehicles that use timing chains are enclosed and not cover is showned. Since the timing chain is always be lubericate by the engine oil all the time. That's why it not exposed.
Behind the timing belt cover, which is behind the serpentine belt you can actually see on the passenger (right) side of the engine compartment. You will need to remove the serpentine belt and numerous other items before accessing the timing belt cover - not easy. New belts are $300.
