depends on how much you eat. if you tone it and eat too much, it will get bigger. if you tone it and eat the same amount it will probably get smaller. if you tone it and eat less than usual, you will probably lose muscle mass and end up being fatter. The best way id to tone and eat the same amount as usual or only slightly less!

Wearing saggy jeans will make your bum appear saggy and unshapely. High heels do, however, effect your posture, and are not necessarily good for your back.
