yes i believe so getting your emotions on paper lets you get rid of anger without hurting anyone

Well it can sometimes, but sometimes it just reminds you of your problem even more! But I do it sometimes, anyways if you feel hurt or something, don't be! We ALL go threw it! I'm going threw it right now :( I have emotional feelings right now and I have a hard time not crying! Even at school #^_^# and YOU can help the hurt!
