The jeep wrangler does not have side airbags in any model or year its not a possiblity with the wranglers constuction.
AFAIK, there are no passenger airbags on a '94 Wrangler. I have a '94 Wrangler, and I have neither a passenger nor a driver side airbag. Hope this helps
