i dont understand your question. you state to dont comment under the hood but to check for Power Steering fluid, the only way is to do it under the hood, anywayss..........pop your hood and the power steering reservoir is in a small black container the holds about a pint of fluid, on top is cap with a dip stick attached for one to check. good luck.
Owner's manual.
The power steering fluid check is found at the end of the power steering belt. If you are unable to locate it, kindly consult the user manual.
Please check the Related Link below.
First, check the level of the fluid in the power steering tank. Second, check and see if there is a fuse leading to the power steering control. That will be in the owner's manual. Third, check for a loose fan belt. Fourth, take it into a shop.
I will not. Demi Lovato does not rock.

All brands of steering fluid are pretty much made the same. Check your automobile's manual to see if there is a certain type of steering fluid that can only be used. If not, then the brand does not matter.
On the right center area when the hood is open, there is a fluid cap with what looks to be a steering wheel on it. That is where you add the Power Steering fluid. Check your Owners/Operators Manual for a picture of it.
It depends: does your truck have power steering or manual. Keep in mind that while driving a car with speed, power steering or manual, much less movement needs to be made on the wheel to make a bigger turn adjustment. If you have power steering, and it is hard to turn at any rate, check the fluid, belt, and check for leaks. if you cant find whats wrong and you still have a problem turning the wheel, it probably the pump going out. If you have a truck with manual steering, it might be normal.
kia service manual does not specify the capacity of power steering fluid. Just keep adding and then run , stop check power steering dip stick, Read if necessary.
Please check the motorcycle manual for details (related link).
