I had the exact same problem and took it into the mechanic. He said the Drain Plugs were clogged with grit and he just cleared them out and now it's great! He was a good mechanic and didn't even charge me for it
I looked under the open door and sure enough I was able to see the holes near the rubber trim.

∙ 12y agoCheck the rubber door seals at the bottom of the doors. They may be clogging the drain holes. If not check the drain holes for debris blocking them from draining properly.
