I think spindle fibers which come from the centrioles
Spindles
During mitosis, the centrosomes move apart and create the spindle fibers. The centrosomes, which contain two centrioles, migrate to opposite poles of the cell. These centrosomes then form the spindle fibers, which attach to the chromosomes and aid in their separation during cell division.
May be it is nucleoplasm.
it moves stuff around the cell
The centromeres split. The two chromatids separate, and each chromatid becomes a new chromosome. The new chromosomes move to opposite ends of the cell. The cell stretches out as the opposite ends are pushed apart.
Spindles
It moves to a pole of cell.It moves during cell division.
During mitosis, the centrosomes move apart and create the spindle fibers. The centrosomes, which contain two centrioles, migrate to opposite poles of the cell. These centrosomes then form the spindle fibers, which attach to the chromosomes and aid in their separation during cell division.
The chromatids are pulled apart.
May be it is nucleoplasm.
During mitosis and meiosis, kinetochores move chromosomes across the spindle fibers. The kinetochores serve as vehicles and the fibers serve as roads.
There are two types of cell division in people, mitosis and meiosis. In Mitosis, the cell copies all its DNA etc, then moves chromosomes around, replicating them. These new chromosomes are then put into a new cell as the cell divides. this cell dividing or "splitting in two" is called cytokinesis. In Meiosis, gametes or sex cells are made. The same processhappens as before, but both sets of chromosomes divide again, producing 4 sex cells with 23 chromosomes in each.
Centrioles are barrel-shaped structures that are essential for the formation of centrosomes, cilia, and flagella. A condensed and darker area of the cytoplasm is called the centrosome When the time comes for cell division, the centrioles will appear and move to opposite ends of the nucleus. During division you will see four centrioles. One pair moves in each direction.
It is lateral to the Ulna during supination
it moves stuff around the cell

Exhaling is expelling used air from the lungs. During exhalation, the diaphragm moves upward while the rib cage moves downward so it goes back to its dome-shaped position
