It all depends on what type of farm assistant. a "general" farm assistant would fix fences, tend to animals, plow fields, harvest crops etc. If you where to be a farm assistant for a cattle farm it would be more milking the cattle and feeding etc. The same thing goes for a horse farm assistant you might have to clean up after the horses, feed them, groom them and maybe even exercise them. i hope this helped
