By "get skinny" you mean loose 34 pounds, I do not recoment for you to stop eating because even though you may get skinny, you will look unhealthy and it is bad for your internal organs. I imagine 2-3 weeks of no eating would make one loose that much weight. Starvation will back fire on you . The best way to see the weight drop off of you is to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day of healthy foods. The frequent small meals speeds up your metabolism and you lose weight. When you starve yourself your metabolism slows down and you will gain weight. This is the bodies way to protect itself and conservere energy for survival. I saw this happen with me.
