Bad coil?
Bad coil wire?
Check coil or distributor cap or rotor SORRY NO DISTRIBUTOR,ROTOR OR COIL ON THIS ENGINE HAS A POWER PACK ONLY WHICH IN FUNCTIONING.?
Check/replace Rotor Check for spark at plugs
Remove all spark plugs, turn the engine by hand and get the #1 spark plug at TDC on the compression stroke. Install the distributor so the rotor is pointing to the # 1 plug position on distributor cap. Start the engine and set the time it with a timing light.Remove all spark plugs, turn the engine by hand and get the #1 spark plug at TDC on the compression stroke. Distributes the spark energy from the coil to the spark plugs in the correct firing order.
The spark travels from the coil to the distributor then from the distributor to the plugs. So if you have spark going into the distributor but not coming out to the plugs, I would blame the distributor cap and rotor being at fault.
no spark to plugs
bad spark plug wires, low battery, broken rotor in the distributor
Bad ignition rotor? Bad distributor cap? Bad ignition wires?
Bad coil, rotor, distributor cap?
A typical distributor will have constant power. As the rotor is turned, the power is sent to the spark plugs.
Sounds to me like you need to replace the spark plugs, spark plug wires and rotor. If the condition still persists, replace the distributor cap.
Could be the ignition coil, distributor, distributor cap & rotor or even spark plugs and wires.
